Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.
For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:
Additional Fee: 1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night
8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate
30 nights or more = $300 flat rate
We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.
We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Great location near Westgate Entertainment district. Clean, updated and comfy but very difficult to navigate upon arriving in the dark as unit and garage numbers are virtually impossible to see at night. Also, directions sent from host said to turn opposite of the correct direction. Mostly a good stay but the toilet paper was the thinnest/cheapest TP ever and there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms. Also, the shower door track was unattached so the shower leaked after every shower. None of this made for a horrible stay, but some upkeep is needed.

Check in was easy. Communication with all the check in and check out was simple. The lack of cleanliness was very evident. Showers were dirty. Tub shower floor was peeling up. Master shower had lots of soap scum and buildup. The ceiling fans were caked in dust on the blades. Don’t even want to turn the on. Only hand soap was in the master. And that bottle we added water to don’t would pump out. There was dish soap in the kitchen. No Kleenex. Zero spare/extra towels. Couch has stains on it. Couch pillows were also stained and filthy. The bedroom had old socks on the floor by the bed. Toilet seat was super loose. Then there was the floors. Filthy as well. Don’t even wanna walk around in my socks after my mom’s white socks were black in the first few moments.
