For our family get together at this beautiful house, we all day outside by the pool for our dinner. We managed by moving the dinner table in the kitchen to out side which was not bad at all. I was glad to see a big soup stock pot which came in handy. Over all, Everything felt so nice and comforting

The Gatsby house was perfect for our multiple family vacation! Hosts were very responsive and immediately solved an issue we had when checking in. The house was in great condition and everything highlighted in the stay met the expectations. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend this home to any traveling with a larger group!

Big house but a little run down

I struggle writing this review because this property manager was very nice and responsive. Nonetheless, I want people to have an honest review so they can make an informed decision regarding the property. Here goes...Postives:-Beds were pretty comfy and bedding was exceptional-Towels were nice and smelled great-Location was great. Not really walkable but everything we needed was within a 15 min drive.-Rebekah was very nice and responsive but I really dont want to spend my vacation explaing all the things going wrong with a property. Negatives:Cockroaches- we found a few dead ones when we arrived. The next morning, another dead one in the living room. But then that night, my niece found them in the kitchen cabinets. Rebekah was great and had someone come lay traps. Ovbviosly, we were disgusted and had to wash the dishes each time before we could use them because we didnt know if they were still crawling on them at night. Not ideal when paying thousands of dollars to stay in a house. House is in general disrepair: Tile missing and falling off the pool, holes in walls, floors were really scratched, downstairs carpet was dirty, kitchen peninsula counter was broken. Downstairs TV didnt work. Multiple lights were outNo diving board. The property photos show a diving board but it has been removed. Bottom floor was much warmer than the top 2 floors and made sleeping difficult.

Great house

I rented this house so that my family could travel in from a lot of different places to watch my son graduate from ASU. There is plenty of room. The kitchen had all the gadgets and pots and pans that we needed to make big meals. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and other amenities. The property managers are so responsive that they made this whole trip easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Needs Maintenance

Although the home was physically as described it was evident that proper upkeep and maintenance was lacking. The pool was in dire need up repair. There were cracks and crumbling tiles everywhere. i could not let my grandchildren go into the pool. The pool table was broken. The security handle on the patio door kept falling off. There were not enough towels provided. This could be so wonderful, but owners needs to invest some time and money on upkeep. We left after the first night!

Golf Trip

Last minute family gathering

We came to AZ to see family and wanted a few days where we didn't have to travel all over - The Gatsby met all of our needs to host both sides of my family. It easily accommodates 15+ people of all ages in beds and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

A fun filled weekend in a mostly put together house

Overall we had a blast - the house had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to an abundance activities. The place is in dire need of some fixing up (lights that dont work, cabinet doors falling off, and more quirks). Thisbl said we definitely enjoyed our stay. The owners were very easy to work with.

Wonderful

Coming from across the nation to celebrate a doctoral graduate and a group of 14 supporters, I was tasked with finding a place that would accommodate all out needs. The gatsby was absolutely incredible. The property had everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. EVERYONE in the party loved it! Thank you so much for allowing 14 people to have a great time all under one roof.

AMAZING PLACE TO ENJOY WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS!

This was an AMAZING place to stay at. It looks just like the pictures, and being there just feels good! Our daughter got married, and there were 16 of us in there! Everyone had a space to be when wanted to be alone and it was great to hang together by the pool or watch a movie all together in one of the two theatre rooms! They had snacks, drinks and a welcome treat in the fridge. We had enough paper towels and toilet paper, and plenty of towels. They even had steamers that came in very handy for our dresses! Our children had so much fun playing ping pong before jumping in the pool, and when family stopped by to say hi, they were amazed! I totally recommend this place! I wish we would've stayed there many more nights! We had a few issues with the alarm and a leak, but Chelsea was prompt to send someone that was very nice and did the job fast. The communication was amazing, as soon as we texted there was a reply. Check in was super easy, as they have a monitor on the wall where you check in and you can see places to go around the place. Thank you, Rebekah and Chelsea! We hope to be back one day! :)

Great house for multiple families!

This house was great! We stayed here with our family of 6 adults, my sister-in-law's family of 6 adults, and my husband's parents for my daughter's wedding. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable or to do different activities. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Great home- even better property manager

We booked this home 10 months in advance. Our very large family stayed during the week of Christmas. I reached out to the property manager multiple times before our stay and always got a response within an hour. I reached out during our stay *after hours* and got a call back immediately. I truly Could not say enough great things about this team. The neighborhood was gorgeous, there was a park less than a mile away, tons of people outside walking and playing. It felt very homey. The house was massive (and everything was just like the pictures). We had a a walking toddler and I really appreciated that there was a double high and low lock on the back door to the swimming pool. There was plenty of cookware, plates, silverware, and appliances. I highly recommend this home.
