It was clean, quiet, and the one person/staff I met was super nice! The only thing I did not like was the fact that there was no drinking water in the room when I arrive super late and I had no idea where I could go find/buy some on property. Other than this, I had a very great experience staying at Temple Oasis!

The hotel is pretty quiet, aside from the guest who had a little yapping dog with them, and the grounds are well kept. They seem to be doing updates/refreshes on some of the rooms downstairs as well. It is nicely secured with locked gates. The area around the hotel is nice, with many options for dining and shopping. The room I stayed in was quiet large and felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, with a nice living room/kitchen area with full sized appliances, and a big bedroom. The bed is memory foam, comfortable, but a bit soft for my liking. There is a nicely appointed rec room in the center, with pool table, foosball, and air hockey. I liked the convenience of using a personalized entry code instead of needing a key card. My only complaints are the limited staffed hours of the front desk, 10 am to 6 pm is not ideal. Also, while I was there for almost a full week, house keeping only came by once after I had to ask for them to service the room. 4/5 would recommend.

Pros: The area around seemed safe. The suite was clean, nicely updated and loved the convenience of a full kitchen. Bonus having a washing machine. The two queen beds and bathroom were in a separate room with a door and a huge Walkin closet with lots of drawers too. The beds were ultra super comfy and the living room had a smart TV. There is a small gym and it’s open 24 hrs. There is an amenities room with a pool table etc. We didn’t use that area so can’t really comment. Parking was plentiful and free. When the office was open, they were very responsive to texts. Cons: the pool was not heated (good only for cold plungers) but the hot tub was so we used that instead. After 6pm you have to use the side locked gates to gain access to the inner courtyard stairs to the suites which is ok too. The reception/front office is closed between 6pm-9am. There is no one around. If you need assistance you have to text them. There are no phones in the suites. All in all - it was a great stay!

I booked via Expedia which had great reviews. Check in was seamless. I got to the room and realized that the doors weren’t secure, there was a residential keypad lock on every room and my door had no interior lock. The room was renovated but cheap. Faucet leaked unless you propped the soap dispenser against it. Towels and sheets were dirty. Bathroom countertop had exposed seams and mold. Within minutes of check-in I got an alert from my credit card company asking if I authorized a charge (equal to the fee I paid to Expedia from the hotel) which I declined which locked my card. The front staff had “no idea why that happened” and contacted the manager who never contacted me as promised, and I spent 45 minutes with my bank trying to turn my card back on. The account was paid in full through Expedia but they attempted to double charge with no explanation. The 24 access gate codes didn’t work. Shower water took 5 minutes to get warm, not hot…do you get the point or do you want me to keep giving your reasons to not stay here?

Great pool area enclosed by the hotel. Also hot tub. Rooms are clean and offer a full kitchen, washer/dryer combo and a door between living area and bed/bath. Staff is outstanding. They communicate by text and are quick to take care of any issues. All units are very recently updated. Beds are comfortable.

Would be nice to have clean towels each day. The property felt safe, even though it had gates all around it. Not realizing there was a map of the property, it took us a while to find our room. Overall, I think we would stay again. Though small, the room was clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay.

Front desk is only open 10am to 6pm. I came in at 9pm and could not find my room. The Second floor had two levels and different staircases. The map was only available at the gate and no other maps were available through out the property. After 20 mins of walking around the property with my luggage, the night security guard found me and helped me find my room. Once I was in my room, I noticed there was no safety latch. While there was a dead bolt, dead bolts can be disarmed if someone has the digital door code. The safety latch would have been protection against that. I checked out at first opportunity and switched to another hotel.

Pros and cons

Once I got settled, it was fine - nicely remodeled property and I liked having a small apartment. However, there is no staff on site after 6pm, which caused a huge problem when I arrived at 9pm and had trouble with the apartment/entry code- leaving me unable to get into a room. As a solo female, I felt pretty uncomfortable that I was left locked out with only a reservation number to call and no local staff. Also, the slider bolt on the inside of the door that allows you to open it only a few inches had been partially removed, so the door didn't feel as secure as I'd like.

Great property with clean upgraded room with fridge, stove, microwave, and even combo washer/dryer (but didn’t use; a user manual would be helpful!) Pool was cold but hot tub was hot and common room (with pool table, air hockey, and big TV) was nice to have! Bed was wonderfully comfortable but TV didn’t function optimally—that is the one thing that could be improved. Walked across street to Coney Island Diner for brunch,and gas station right next door and PHX airport was very nearby (only 15min away!). Very convenient location to get to Tempe and Scottsdale as well.

Fantastic stay! The property is in a safe, quiet area and offers everything you need for a comfortable visit. The gym is small but functional, and there’s a pool to enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful, with thoughtful touches like welcome treats and provided coffee, laundry, and dishwasher pods. The bed was super comfy, the AC/heating worked perfectly, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything imaginable. The shower was excellent, stocked with shampoo and conditioner, and the living space was cozy and well-appointed. Loved the TV with Netflix and apps! After-hours self-check-in was quick and easy. Plus, a large grocery store is just up the block. Perfect location—I’d absolutely stay again!
