Lacking basic amenities. The shower in the suite would not get hot. I notified the front desk within an hour of checking in and they asked me to wait for maintenance in the morning to fix it. The next morning maintenance told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I contacted hotels.com customer service and I was only able to get 1 night of my 3 night stay refunded. I had to go to another hotel across the street and pay for 2 additional nights just to have a hot shower.

Booked through Expedia. needed to leave a day early for an unexpected family emergency. Was not aware of the 24 hr cancellation policy as I had prepaid for a 3 nights but had to leave after the 2nd night. No refund per La Quinta Inn. Staff was heard arguing with guest at the front desk, Guests were complaining at the front desk. Suite bathroom should be cleaner and felt grimy. The toilets are made of a cheap quality and close to the bathroom floor. During breakfast you could hear the front desk speak very loudly that the food was not to be taken to the room. It was embarrasing for the guest that was yelled at. Will nt stay here again. EXPEDIA should refund my paid 3rd night.

Probably the worst La Quinta we’ve ever stayed in. Had to get cleaners/rags/gloves from the front desk after check in bc the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Dozens of hairs on the floor including in the bathtub. The lower part of the toilet wasn’t cleaned either. The room floor wasn’t vacuumed. The key cards randomly stop working so you sporadically can’t get in the side door and at one point we were locked out of our room. Got a new key card and it still didnt work. Front desk said it might be the batteries but brought up a 1/2 doz key card to try and one of them worked so it wasn’t a battery problem. That was fun standing in the hallway after enjoying the hot tub. The bed was comfortable enough and the breakfast was as we’ve come to expect from La Quinta, but we’ll never stay there again.

Black out curtains had yellow staining looking like urine on bottom.
Covers missing on toilet lid
The bath faucet continuously dripped never turning off.

the rooms halls and elevators are really dirty . Housekeeping is not the issue- there is great need for upkeep in carpets walks floors etc

Room was very nice and clean. Asked for a room by elevator and was accommodated. The continental breakfast had everything you would want and the service was great. I will be staying there again.
