Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the amenities provided were perfect! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the outdoor kitchen was super helpful with 10 adults to feed! Great place to stay!

We loved this home it is done to the nines, not a thing missing. The Host was great very accommodating. The location is wonderful close to everything! Not one issue or complaint the home is immaculate! We will be back!

We stayed at the house for a work team meeting retreat. All the “toys and games” provided a great way to unwind. The house has all you need. Clean and modern.

My stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular! The house was incredibly spacious, offering ample room for relaxation and fun. The pool and spa were absolute highlights. The owner was quick to respond and entry was a a breeze. My family would love to stay here the next time we travel to the area.

Amazing!

We have rented multiple properties in the past, but this one was by far the best. Beautiful location, immaculate yard, and the owner put a lot of thought and care into the decor and amenities. Would recommend to all of our family and friends. Our entire group loved the house, thank you for being great hosts!

Perfect weather, perfect house

This house was perfect for our annual girls weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed for our group of seven. We appreciated the plentiful and comfortable bedrooms as well as the large bathrooms/showers complete with shampoos, soaps and hair dryers. But the best part by far for our group was the beautiful pool area and large hot tub which we used every day of our stay. We will definitely return to this house again!

Excellent communication prior to arrival, during and after our stay. The home was impeccably clean inside and out, and we made full use of the wonderful outdoor amenities including the pool, which we did have heated. This home is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants, fuel and activities all less then a 3 minute drive or a short walk away. This area of Fountain Hills was quiet and relaxing, day and night. The Casita was extremely handy, especially being located in proximity to the outdoor kitchen/ grill, which worked wonderfully, and the house kitchen had everything needed to prepare an enjoyable southwest meal. It was an honor to stay in this home, and the hosts have really earned all the compliments and praise they have received, as their attitude and concern for their guests are what elevate a great home into a great getaway experience. First class operation all the way! Well done!

Absolutely perfect!

What an amazing week here with all of our children and grandchildren! The house and property are beautiful and quiet, and there is no shortage of activities. From the pool to the putting green to the fire table there was something for everyone. Justin was extremely responsive to questions and requests along the way. We have so many great new memories and look forward to staying here again!

Fun getaway with friends

We had a great time in Fountain Hills, and especially enjoyed the spacious and fun outdoor space. The view is lovely and private, the pool is great and so many games to keep the kids entertained. The fire pit was lovely in the evening. The house is clean and everything looks new and in perfect condition. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Our group felt perfectly at home and would love to stay here again.

Pictures don’t do this justice

The house is well-maintained and super clean the pool and hot tub area is incredible and the owner was so responsive and helped with any questions. We had the circular driveway worked out wonderful for my truck and trailer to pull in and out of the property to top it off there was a pizza place within walking distance that was incredible. Will be back

Enjoyed swimming pool, location, house amenities. High-use sliding glass door and kitchen faucet and bathroom lock needed adjustment or repair. Links in on-line manual didnt work.
