If you are going to a Cubs spring training game this is the place to stay. The lobby door is a couple hundred feet from the right field gate. So easy and convenient.

Tv didn’t work. Coffee in the room was not edible. I’m not sure if the coffee maker was really dirty or if the coffee was just that bad but I couldn’t drink it. Pretty expensive for the quality of the hotel

Hotel is modern and clean. They have a cafe in the lobby and a bar. Sandi helped us most of the time. She served at the bar at night and also breakfast in the morning. She was fabulous. Need more employees like her.

What could be improved: Bistro staying open all day. One day of our stay, we just missed the breakfast hour. Another day, we came early, but the person running it called in sick. So there was never an easy way for food. Also, you ought to have free coffee in the lobby all day. La Quinta offers good cookies too.

Room was clean. Shower was awkward. The nozzle was terrible and only half of the shower was closed off so water sprayed out to the bathroom floor. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was over when we went down at 10:30. No coffee available at that time either. Overall, the room was comfy and clean, hence the four star rating.
