This property was wonderful, rooms were nice and the staff were amazing. The only thing that was off was I didn’t have a working phone in my room. When I needed to call the front desk I had to use my cell phone.

No hot water in the morning so could not shower; Very noisy and disruptive concert next door, concertgoers tailgating parking lot so no parking for guests. The police were called to lobby because concert goers (not staying at property) were stealing from the snack bar and being disruptive-- it looked like a night club gone wrong. Knock on our door at 1 am (honest mistake, but still frustrating) for no reason. I think this is a clean and friendly property, but safety was questionable and too many convenient inconveniences.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. Doesn't really have a restaurant on site, only a little cafe for sandwiches and limited drinks. There is a Sheraton next door that we walked to for meals, but not open all the time.

We came to AZ to watch the Cubs in spring training. We could see the right field gate from our bedroom window. Wonderful location. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We found eating within a few miles for fast food and high end steak dining.
