First off hotel is absolutely gorgeous & modern & extremely clean with friendly staff. The biggest downside personally is that it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere. Not much going around by the hotel. Another issue we experienced which is why we are leaving this hotel with 3 stars is that the lobby/ elevators are extremely hot & it doesn’t feel like any air conditioner is on and or working. This was very unpleasant as we came to Arizona in August and the temperature outside climbs to 110+. Coming down from a cool room to taking an extremely hot elevator ride down to the lobby and the lobby being hot was a huge turn off. Please consider elsewhere for your stay

The facilities were spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The staff was not only friendly but went out of their way to be helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop view was stunning — a perfect spot to relax or take in the sunsets. Mornings started right with a delicious breakfast every day, and the bed was super comfy, making it hard to leave! Overall, an amazing stay — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff very nice. Bed and shower was nice. What I didn't like is that the menu for the breakfast wasn't that great and also the fact that room service ends at 10 PM.

Nice clean room. The shower is roomy with good pressure. The bed is comfortable. The service was great at the rooftop bar at the restaurant for breakfast. Great location near old town Scottsdale.
