Great house. Very well appointed and functional. Nice views from the location. Being able to have our dog with us was a huge plus, too. There was two of us and we were very comfortable. I’d hesitate to have more than 3-4 people overall even though it sleeps more. The location is well out of Phillipsburg but easy to find, but keep that mind depending on your planned activities/locations.
