Hermoso apartamento tipo estudio en la ciudad, a poca distancia de la playa de Devoe en el lago Burt, con acceso a la vía fluvial. Mackinaw está a solo 25 minutos para pasar el día en la isla o ir de compras. Se encuentra en el corazón del río indio del centro de la ciudad. Damos la bienvenida a beachers, esquiadores, excursionistas, cazadores, pescadores, motos de nieve y relajantes. Tenemos restaurantes cercanos y bares locales a la vuelta de la esquina. Tenemos espacio para remolques y estacionamiento. Esperamos a todos y cada uno de los invitados. Nos encanta vivir aquí tanto que estamos encantados de disfrutarlo con los demás.

Great little bnb with you own space. Owner has a fresh bowl of fruit and bottle of wine for your stay which is a wonderful touch and makes you feel welcome

Was super clean, super cute. Even though it's attached to their home it was very quiet. It felt very private. I think the old open food should be thrown out before new people come to stay. I also think it's a little high in price considering you have to drive 30 minutes to get to anything and everything. They had a bottle of wine and fresh fruit on the table waiting for us. Overall excellent property just a little high in price.

Clean and Convenient

Thanks for the clean nice accommodations. Really appreciated a place that we could rent for one night. Our first visit to Indian River. We were able to walk downtown and grab dinner on the River. Very pretty!

Cozy apartment

Owner is very friendly. Left us some fresh fruit which came in handy for breakfast. Very comfortable chair and bed. Kitchen is extremely clean and very well equipped.

Everything I required, and then some.

My daughters and I spent a night in the loft. The space had everything we needed for comfort and convenience. We felt right at home. We loved Indian River, off the tourist path, but in close proximity to everything in the area. Next time we will bring our kayaks and launch them on the nearby river.

Clean, cute and easy!

Doug and Amanda were great, and the studio apartment was very clean and perfect for our trip! I appreciated the ease of checking in and out, and the basket of fruit and bottle of wine were a kind touch. I would highly recommend.

Comfortable spot to unwind

My husband and I needed a spot to stop and rest along our trip route and this place was great for it. Super clean, comfy chairs and murphy bed to crash a while and a couple good restaurants to grab a drink and some food close by. Owner was super nice and we loved being greeted by the family pets when we arrived

Long weekend

We rented with Amanda for a long weekend. It was a good location right in town walking distance to most beach , stores and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our boat. The cottage was very nice, clean and stocked with most everything you need. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
