The hotel is located not too far from the interstate which was a plus since I arrived at night. There's plenty of fast food restaurants close by b/c the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there's a full size fridge, microwave, & cooktop in the rooms. I wasn't aware that it was an Extended Stay property, therefore no hotel loyalty points are accepted.
There's plenty of well-lit parking.
During check in, there was only one receptionist & the wait was about 10 mins. My reservation was for a king bed, but when I got in my room, it was too double beds. The receptionist stated that they had sold out of my room afterwards. Had I been informed once I got the keys, I wouldn't had been as disappointed.
The room itself was basic, no decor. It really felt cold & drab. The beds felt more like cots, not would I would stay in for longer than a night.
Check out was more of the same, one receptionist & a line of customers.
Cameron was pleasant. She took my keys & I avoided standing in line a second time to leave.
Not a bad stay, just a lot different from what I read & expected.
