My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre was fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Being so close to the Perth train station and a variety of amenities was a huge plus. The value for money was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated place to stay in Perth. I stayed for 3 nights.

It's conveniently located to the city and nearby shops. You can park in the driveway of the hotel parking when checking in if you plan to use their carpark (it's a convenient option). Beds were comfortable and dining convenient.

Hotel only provides 2 complimentary bottles of water but welcomes you to refill them at their water dispenser at the lobby. If you need amenities like dental kit, you have to request and collect at front desk. No slippers provided. Housekeeping standards were not great - dirty table not wiped and dead insect on pillow.

The location is amazing. So convenient. The hotel beds were comfortable. Room spacious. The staff helpful. Breakfast was ok. A little repetitious if you stay multiple days. The aircon unit in the room was very very noisy, there is a green light on constantly near the aircon unit and the smoke alarm flashes little red light intermittently. So if you want a good night sleep go to another hotel!!! We also had an incident where the smoke alarm in the building went off at 2:00am which interrupted our sleep. But what made worse was that the electricity was out soon after that, we could not charge our devices and there was no aircon in the room. What made it worse was that the electricity came back on after 4:00am which switched on lights in the room and woke us up again.
