Boardwalk is a low-density triplex sharing 100' of beach on the Gulf. This unit is a newly remodeled three bedroom two bathroom with three king beds and a sofa sleeper. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the Gulf and has a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Also, enjoy the complimentary wi-fi and cable with tv's in every bedroom. Parking also on site. Located just minutes from great restaurants and nightlife, Boardwalk is a fantastic place to stay. Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

I did not realise there were 16 steps to climb. My husband doesn’t walk well and it was hard foe him and me actually. My dog got in those sand burs and they were horrible. No good place for him to potty. Away from the sand burs. Then they were in the condo, on the floor…. Oh my goodness. I have been to Perdido several times and this was my first encounter THEM.

Perdido Paradise

Our stay was faultless. Found,the property tastefully decorated, well maintained, and scrupulously clean. The only drawback was the steps down to the beach. They were tough, but we are seniors. Young folks have no problem.

Family trip to remember a loved one

This place worked well for us. Our only problem was noise from the people staying above us. The place could use more mirrors - maybe in the bedrooms. Two mirrors - only in the bathrooms - was very difficult for 8 people to get ready.
