Loved!!!!! the view and that is what we came for. Was not happy that we couldn't leave the sliding door open because we wanted to lay in bed and hear the waves. Loved!!!!! the tall balcony furniture but would have also liked to have a lounger (rather than the table with 3 chairs). Loved!!!!! The pool area. We came at a good time when there were not a lot of people because school had just started. Now the not so good....There was streaming for the TVs but no local stations to watch local news and football games. The 2 blue couches are also pullout beds and VERY uncomfortable to sit on. After the first night we couldn't sit on them because our butts were going numb. There was only 1 halfway decent (small) frying pan to cook eggs and pancakes. The rest had deep scratches from using the metal utensils that were there instead of the plastic ones. There were a couple of light bulbs out. It would be nice if check out were 10:00a instead of 9:00a. We will definitely come back to the Palacio but to a different unit. If the negatives were resolved with this unit we would definitely come back to this unit because we loved the 5th floor view and the balcony.
