Great place! The location is perfect and Johnathan was so helpful and responsive. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this unit if you are visiting the area.

We had a great time. The condo was AMAZING!!! So clean and remodeled top notch. This was our 2nd trip in the last 6 months to the Portofino. It is a great place to stay. It is further down the beach so it is nice and quiet!! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful renovated condo. Lots of room, nice master bathroom shower and the views from the balcony were amazing. The beach had lots of seaweed in the water all week. I know that can happen at anytime. We rented chairs and an umbrella for our stay. Highly recommended! We will be back.

Updated Portofino Condo

This condo has been newly renovated with beautiful interior design. The staff at Blue Coastal were attentive and quick to respond with any requests. This condo is in Tower 3 with quick access to the beach. You can’t help but relax here!

What a spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Portofino. The views were perfect from both inside the condo and of the surrounding water ways. The property itself was well maintained and they’ve made perfect outfitting choices in designing the space; it was well stocked in the kitchen with all the tools needed. The condo is part of a larger resort community that had lots to offer guests of all ages. We rented a car and thought that worked best for us but I believe there may be other local ways to get around / down to the Boardwalk area. The property managers made everything easy to navigate with well thought out checkin and checkout guides and lots of communication.

Great location

We loved staying at this property. Easy walk to the beach and pools, clean building, quiet neighbors, and excellent host! Johnathan was extremely responsive and easy to work with. This is definitely on our list to visit again. If traveling with smaller kids, there is one large king bed in each bedroom. Our 7 and 5 year olds were able to comfortably share.

Amazing getaway

The most peaceful place. The pictures does not do justice to how nice the property is. The property is located at the end of the strip which makes it very quiet and relaxing. The beach access is directly across from sidewalk. Also have access to the bay side. Multiple pools and hot tubs. Restaurants and spa on location. Easiest check in and staff was amazining. Great communication and will be staying again.

The BEST condo and resort

We are so lucky to have found this resort and condo. We visited last week from June 29th- july 7th. The condo is beautiful, updated, and fully stocked. The resort is nestled at the very end of pensacola away from the busy town. This made it even more worth visiting and going back. The beach was not over crowded and everyone was very kind ( staff and beach goers). We got to enjoy fireworks from our Balcony from the cove as well as the beach. The condo was perfect for our family and we enjoyed everything that it included and it was like living in a piece of heaven. The host was very kind and kept me updated and even offered us an extended stay! I just can't get over how easy the whole process of checking in and getting anything we needed was, not only that but the lifestyle center was top notch! We loved everything about this stay, it was the best family vacation we have had so far. We are counting down the days until next time.

We could not of been happier with our condo, and the amazing views. Loved that we had the option to use the pool at the condo, or sit around the main pools and take in the spa, and experience the great service from the staff. Everything is so close, cafe's on the beach and just over the bridge access to everything you would need. This is truly a hidden gem. We have booked to come back in February and will be staying through March. Our experience with check in, and dealing with Jonathon from Blue Costal was exceptional. We would certainly recommend this unit and property!!!

Beautiful Property and Location!!!

This property is newly remodeled and absolutely beautiful. The furniture is very comfortable and both king size mattresses are in excellent condition. Jonathan was a wonderful host. He provides a guidebook that has all the information you need to know about the property, check-in, things to do, and places to eat. We faithfully used the guidebook to choose places to eat and also drove over to Joe Patti’s Seafood Market and purchased amazing fresh seafood we prepared in the condo. It was a meal we won’t forget! The views from each bedroom, living room, and balcony are stunning. Everyone can enjoy the beauty from anywhere in the condo. The beach is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to many!) Pensacola Beach is also home to one of the longest federally protected shorelines with many places to pull over and walk on the beach. You can see for miles with just white sand beach and water. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Jonathan, for sharing your home with us. We will be back!

Amazing views!

Wonderful property for 2 couples! Breathtaking view when we walked in the front door. Comfortable beds and great location! Easy walk to beach and to the main pool. We rented bikes and rode to breakfast! The only feedback I would suggest is to include a small dish soap, more kitchen towels and bath soaps. It would also be helpful to have a suitcase rack in the bedrooms and a couple of beach towels. Coming from out of state makes it challenging to travel with beach towels. Other than that everything was fantastic!! The owners were very communicative with any questions we had. Extra bonus was watching the Blue Angels fly by (@eye level on the balcony) on their return from an air show! We will definitely return to this beautiful palace in the sky!

Just Wonderful

The check in & out was very easy. The resorts restaurants, pool, fitness center and spa are great. The beach is beautiful. But the icing on the cake is the sky home itself. Simply stunning!! Beautifully decorated but very comfortable and well equipped. This is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed (and we travel quite a bit). Thank you Jonathan & Blue Coastal Vacations

Thanksgiving week

We been coming to Portofino for 12 years now and this was one of the nicest apartments we been to with the best views. The Kitchen was nicely stocked and all the tv were great with lots of channels to watch. My only complaint would be the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom it was to hard for me but it might just be me being used to the memory foam mattress. Also all the other places had some beach towels and this one didn’t have any.

Everything was perfect! The Condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, the TV's worked as they should (I have had issue with this in other properties), and the condo was beautiful. The pics online do not do it justice. The resort was great and beach was easily accessed! We could not have asked for a better experience!

Amazing weekend trip!

We loved the condo, the location, the resort, beach.. It was all amazing! We were so relaxed and enjoyed the condo, that we stayed in 2 evenings and had delivery from the resort restaurant! Jonathan was the best host/manager I’ve ever encountered! He provided clear instructions and information. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the unit and management company more!
