Everything was perfect during our stay. The condo unit is just as described. It was clean, spacious, stocked, and all the beds were very comfortable. We might ask for more forks and spoons, if we had to say anything was less than perfect. All the condo buildings are wonderful. It has the best gym we have ever had in a unit. Each person in our party agrees they want to stay in this unit again. Carrie was attentive each time I messaged her. For large parties- this a great place to stay.

Beach club

Great location and very comfortable condo. Beds were comfy, kitchen stuff good, lots of TVs, superb views. Don’t hesitate to stay there, it’s good on all points.

Great location

This condo is a little dated with furniture and could have been a little cleaner, but overall was great for our group of 8. Great location to the pool, beach, and walking distance to restaurants.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Everything was just as described. Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Very professional! We had slight issue with ac unit. Repairman was there with an hour and fixed AC. Definietly will stay again!

A perfect family location

Perfect location including indoor pool, outdoor pool, and the white sandy beach. Great floor plan for our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, and 3 grands). Spacious open concept kitchen dining and living room.

Spacious condo with excellent amenities

We had an amazing time at this property! The unit is very spacious and the condo includes great amenities including the pools and beach access. The unit does need some minor furniture updates as many items are well used but overall great experience!

Great beachfront condo!

Excellent beachfront location with amazing views! This 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo has plenty of room for a large family (or 2 families). We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and easy beach access. The large balcony and corner ocean views are wonderful. With a few furniture updates and the addition of a grill on the balcony, this place would be spectacular!

Long weekend with friends

Condo was clean, comfortable and had a great view overlooking the ocean. The spiral staircase leading to the master bedroom with a private balcony was gorgeous! Property management was courteous,respectful and stayed in touch to ensure everything was to our liking. Would definitely stay here again.

Repeat family vacation

We love the option of both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Floor plan was perfect for our son and his family in the hall with 3 bedrooms, and us grandparents upstairs. Improvements from last year included better ice maker, and nicer patio furniture.

Perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location on this property. Easy access to the beach and pool. The furnishing are finr and up to date, but over all the place just needs some love. Nothing special about it decor and the kitchen supplies were lacking .

Easy getaway

Love beach club. This is in the villas section. Very spacious, clean unit. Large balcony. Great facilities with indoor and outdoor heated pool. Parking is easy and felt very safe.

Our experience with Premier will definitely be one of the reasons will return. From the very beginning of the rental process, any question I sent in were answered quickly and with detailed information. The front office staff was very welcoming, giving us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay at the property. Wonderful experience!

This is the place to be!

Absolutely loved this place! View is gorgeous, very spacious & hosts were perfect & responsive! We will be staying again! Only thing that can be improved upon is kitchen needs more pans & hand towels(only 1)& washcloths(none). Maybe a crockpot. I also recommend the dolphin cruise for $27- phamphlet in office! Affordable & well worth it! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Very Nice...

Family beach trip over 4th of July. Overall very happy with the 4 BR unit. Well laid out overlooking the beach. Few minor issues with Fridge leaking and tubs not draining well but no big deal. Great location with excellent amenities. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent view of beach from balcony, and easy access to beach!

The condo was very roomy and spacious. Overall very pleasant stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our big family of 8. It appears that there are a lot of small maintenance things that need to be done such as light fixtures, oven lights, kitchen sink, etc... It seems that the owners or maintenance people have not gone over all the things that need some upkeep. Also, the internet wasn't very good, but overall not a deal-breaker.
