We were there for two nights and during our two nights we had no television. This was during the Toronto Blue Jays playoffs and we could not watch any of the games in our room. Instead, we had to go across the street to a bar and of course, spend money to be able to sit there and watch the game Not impressed

The hotel is nice! but Expedia.ca had terrible mistake that forgot to send the booking to hotel. And when I arrived hotel it took 75 minutes to settle my booking. it's totally unacceptable for the service of Expedia. hope it won't happen in the future!

Room was extremely dirty. Hair all over the bed, bathroom, bathtub had brown stains. Tv did not work. Was given the wrong room than what I had reserved. Extremely noisy at night with kids running around the halls. Breakfast space felt dirty as well, very limited options. Not enough staff on-site. I would not come back here…

Nasty clerk

Clerk was a very unking guy, arguing with family on the phone, swearing, no appropriate, got the wrong room at first, had to go back down and get redirected to our proper reserved room, then when our son came, the clerk did not get him served right away, but had to listen to him curse, not good

Had a great room with a fireplace. The pool area was fantastic and we used it .New TV service was hard to manage but front desk came to room immediately to get it going twice.. Included breakfast was just OK with some items already being gone way before the 10 AM closing. Very disapointed the restaurant was no longer operating as it looked to be on Expedia when we booked. Would stay there again? Probably

We were atving on the OVRT and this motel is located just across the street from the Algonquin trail . Close to Finnigan's road house. Everything was a short walk when we parked
