Had a great stay at Silver Mountain Cabin and enjoyed the area! Mike was a great host and told us about some places to see.

Get away in the woods

This location for snowmobiling was great. The property managers were very attentive and provided details on how to find the place. Upon arrival they had a book with things to do, which was helpful.

Pleasant stay

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights as we were visiting people and property nearby. This is a cute little rustic cabin, and it was perfect for our needs as it was close to those we were visiting. The king bed was comfortable, and the cabin is very quiet and clean, and it had all we needed in order to stay comfortably for a few days. The WIFI was very good. We slept well there. We initially had a minor issue with the TV that we discovered when we checked in, and it was addressed quickly. The hosts were easy to communicate with and they were so very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this rental, and we would stay again.

Peaceful setting in the woods

My husband and I enjoyed the cabin and it’s peaceful location. It was a great place to cook dinners and enjoy each other’s company. Lots of stars at night. We enjoyed the fire pit and chatting with with the owners.

Nice Pet Friendly Cabin with Beautiful View of Stars

My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed at one of the availabile cabins for a few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were accommodating and welcoming. There's plenty to do in a short drive and on clear evenings the stars are magical.

Nice cabin, located near Silver Mountain. Out of the way, which is why we chose it. Equipped with all amenities, including high speed internet, which is amazing given the location. Will stay again.

Nice retreat

Nice place, would be good for a family with kids as it is near the woods and they have chickens and a rooster to view. Lots of sleeping space too. Wonderful hosts, very responsive to needs.

Perfect

Great, large cabin for our family of 4 plus German Shepherd. Located steps away from Ottawa National Forest, this remote location affords solitude easy access to forest trails but is also very close to Keweenaw/L'Anse Bay and Prickett Lake. Cabin was fully equipped, wifi worked well and was great value for the price. No complaints at all.

Great cabin

It is a nice place to get away from civilization. Access to the national forest is literally from your porch. Pretty clean, stocked kitchen. No air conditioning, but hosts provided us with fans. Great people by the way, very friendly and helpful.

Homestead Glamping at its Finest!!:)

The property was beautiful! The cabin was cozy! Everything we needed was right there, and Kris and Mike were more than willing to assist with anything else we may have wanted or needed during our stay. Can't wait to come back and see it as they continue to renovate and build the property to their goals!

July 2022 stay

Our family of 5 along with our 2 dogs had a great 2 night stay at this property. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen and all the essentials. The location is remote but the owners gave great directions and we had no problems finding it. We were surprised by the excellent Wi-Fi service! I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a rental in the area!
