Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was very small and cramped. We have stayed at a lot of Best Western properties over the years and this one had the most limited breakfast of any of them. One night a bunch of people were in the parking lot until after midnight drinking and loud. It was not a good value for the price.

It started off bad. The first room had bugs and stained sheets. The front desk swapped me for a much better room-bug and stain free! It ended very well!

It was ok. Checking in took about 25 minutes to get to customers before me due to computer problems. The soaking tub looks poorly put together. Of course, not too many options in Payson.

I had to pleasure of getting to interact with all three staff members, check in staff, night auditor, and check out staff. The lady when we checked in was very kind and helped us get the roll away bed into our room, the night auditor was still there when we went to get breakfast and not only does he make wonderful potatoes but he helped connect my children with hot cocoa which was a very big treat! Finally, the lady at checkout was able to untangle a knot in a clothing item that we couldn't get to, after we thought we were going to have to cut it off with scissors lol. We have to come through this area from time to time so we will be sure to return!

Not the Friendliest Staff

Arrived three minutes early for check-in, along with another guest. The woman at the front desk didn’t acknowledge my presence initially, then said “well, you are all early so just relax and I’ll get you checked-in when it’s time”. Turns out 3pm is change-out and she was angry that she had to check-in two “early” guests while she was coming off shift. The other staff seemed fine but certainly not the friendliest hotel staff that I’ve ever encountered.
