Disliked: Cleanliness
Bugs were terrible. The sink and kitchen counter crawled with tiny bugs. I called the front desk and although I was told they would send an exterminator, no one came. There were 3 dead roaches on the floor when we arrived and we were greeted both mornings with a new one in the middle of the floor. I was worried we would transport them home so I had to be especially vigilant in guarding against the critters taking home in our luggage and bags.
