Lucky 13 Pet Friendly- This delightful home is situated on the quiet Summertime Lane in North Litchfield, tucked back off of the main road allowing for maximum relaxation and quiet summer breezes. Enjoy the screened porch and rockers along with quick and easy 5 minute walk to the beach. This home features a recently updated kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. Great access to the bike path that extends on a shaded path through the woods of Huntington Beach State Park to Murrells Inlet.
Very nice sundeck, screened porch with rockers. Cable TV, DVD, Wireless Internet, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Ceiling Fan, High Chair, Charcoal Grill, Central AC/Heat, Enclosed Outside Shower, Covered Parking, No Smoking.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Dog Friendly with additional pet rent.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.

Everything was wonderful
We had a family reunion and my son proposed to his girlfriend on the beach.
It was a wonderful time ,
The house was perfect especially the screened porch
We’re from Chicago and we don’t like bugs We had 2 grandmothers with us in there mid to late 80’s
And they had a lovely stay.
