Up to 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms can accommodate up to 25 guests, relax comfortably without crowds.
Guests have private access to the building, and a variety of facilities, they will cook their meals and grill all equipment.
Personal items like towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer are all prepared.
You will get to spend a comfortable and rewarding holiday.
Indoor parking on the property of 5 cars.

The bedrooms have a total of 9 (8 ensuite).
Common bathrooms are available on the 1st and 4th floor.

Guest access
The place is easy to get in and out of many ways. Close to tourist attractions in the center of Pattaya.
With 5 off-street parking spaces within the house,
guests have access to all areas of the home for their activities.
The building is 4 floors high, so there are various areas to use. The ground floor is the living room. The ceiling is high, airy and air-conditioned. There is a staircase inside the room connecting to the mezzanine inside the room.
Have fun activities together, such as a small pool table and a small ping pong table.
The bedrooms are located on the first, second and third floors.
On the 4th floor is a rooftop where you can do a variety of activities, take in the view or cook, a gas stove, a washing machine that guests are welcome to use.

The date of arrival, house insurance of 5,000 baht.
* The cleaning fee does not include washing dishes, kitchen utensils, if the guests are not comfortable with the washing, there is an extra 1,000 THB ($30) based on the amount.

Terms and conditions of stay

- We reserve the right to request a refund prior to booking.
- Check-In time is from 14:00 PM.
Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM.
- Please refrain from loud noise outside the room after 10pm.
- No pets.
- No drugs of any kind allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the living room, bedroom or bathroom.
Smoking is allowed in the area provided.
- Do not throw garbage, food, drinks or any other objects into the pool.
- The deposit for damaged house, damaged property and lost keys is payable on the day of arrival at 5,000 THB.
- It's not allowed to bring outside non-guests inside the house.
- Do not bring large speakers or stereo to the property.
- For the safety of our customers, the property has 24 hour security with CCTV.
- The house is equipped with basic kitchen utensils for free use.
(Guests are required to clear containers and kitchen utensils and return the house in a clean condition.
If not convenient, there is an extra charge for housekeeping (THB 1,000-2,000 by volume).

If any rules are broken, appropriate fines will be determined.
