The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy. Recommend this place and enjoyed our time here!

Extremely good room. Excellent staff. If you are going to this island I do not think you will find a better hotel. We will be looking out for other Somewhere hotels to stay at and would definitely stay at this one if we return to the island.

Comfortable and in good location

Compared to many of the more simple hotels/guesthouses on Koh Si Chang this is very comfortable and well appointed. The rooms were nicely decorated, large and clean, as is the hotel in general. The pool area is very pleasant and good for swimming. There’s also a small but pleasant garden area. You can walk from the hotel to the palace and the pier, along the main street which has several interesting local restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Lovely Hotel with Fantastic Staff

Lovely hotel with great balcony and sea views. We had a great stay here and the staff were all fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they even left a Christmas stocking on our door with sweets and shortbread on Christmas eve! Recommend visiting the summer palace area which is lovely and only a few minutes walk from the hotel - actually, nothing is very far away on the island. My only suggestion would be for there to be two sun loungers on the balcony rather than one as this would make the space really usable during the day. The balcony is really large, so an extra lounger would fit no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the island.

Ideal Getaway

Moved to this hotel after spending a night in another hotel. We were only booked for one night but we were that impressed we booked an extra night. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and the staff were mega friendly and nice. Easy to get around the island. We just booked a tuk tuk taxi and he took us round the whole island for the couple of days we were there. Definitely the best way to travel around as the roads aren’t the best in places. Will definitely visit again. My wife is Thai and she loved the hotel and the island also. A lovely place to get out of the hustle and bustle for a few days.

Better than advertised hotel on a low-key island

It is so much nice than the pictures and the other reviews had me believe! My room was spacious, with a wonderful view. The pool is small but great for lounging, dinner (the Thai food anyway) was good and room service was quick. Breakfast had so many options. Plenty of hot water for the shower, kettle and tea and coffee, as well as water in a mini-fridge, were all provided. Wifi was fast, and there are several English-language movie channels. The building is very charming. The hotel itself is compact but not cramped. It is luxurious compared to much of the rest of the island, which is rustic and low-key, in a good way. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

I wiuld say it is the best hotel on Koh Sichang and itMs not far form the main pier and the hotel is cery well maintain from the pool to the room and you could find the local convenient ahop just 1 min walk from the hotel

Reasonable place.

A genuinely lovely old hotel that has been renovated. A bit of a maze to find room, and a fairly stand-offish reception - it serves its purpose well. Nice comfortable room, but bed a bit too soft for me.
