Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable bed. Small pool and small gym. Next door is a Robinson's mall and a street market, so there are plenty of restaurants.

We stayed at Pacific Park Hotel for 7 nights and the sad thing is I don’t think we saw a smile or the slightest courtesy from any of the staff. No welcome at check in, they actually downgraded our room until the third night when we checked Hotels.com receipt and realized parts of what we had booked were not in our room. (Washer/dryer) Breakfast was the worst breakfast I have had in any hotel anywhere in the world. At lunch I scanned the menu thinking what cannot they mess up after having a previous disappointing meal. We opted for the pizza which had an inedible base, after that we gave up. Location meanwhile is good, right beside the Robinson Complex
