I have never seen a maid remove her shoes to clean your room. This is a testament to the respect for others that they show. The Concierge, Teddy is helpful at every turn! Holiday Inn franchise should be extremely thankful for the job being managed/accomplished in Pattaya. This is where I'll stay whenever I visit Pattaya!
