DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! advertised as luxury. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks as per design. Hot water in shower not working. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. No covered parking allowed. TVs not as advertised. Non stop noise from tour buses next door from 3am to 1am. Etc. etc. Almost no water pressure. Complete waste of money.

Really nice spacious and quiet apartment in a discreet and peaceful building tucked away in a perfect location behind the beach. Owners are really nice and efficient in communication - a great discovery!

Apartments Alex Group NEOcondo Pattaya

Это апартаменты и отсутствует круглосуточная стойка регистрации, за пару дней до приезда/отъезда рекомендую связаться с отелем для уточнения времени вашего приезда/отъезда. В согласованное время прибудет представитель для решения вопросов регистрации (при заезде возьмут 1000 бат залога наличными, которые по отъезду возвращаются). В номере с отдельной спальней с частичным видом на море имеются: два кондиционера, два телевизора, вентилятор, кухня, столовые и кухонные принадлежности, посуда, микроволновая печь, холодильник, стиральная машина, стол, стулья, диван в гостиной, кровать в спальне. В качестве комплимента при заезде: в холодильнике бесплатные напитки и бутылка вина. Периодически о себе давали знать обычные (не переносчики Денге) комары, вопрос решался репеллентами. В шаговой доступности два 7/11, Family Mart, пара аптек и обменных пунктов, бары с живой музыкой, большое количество разнообразных макашниц и массажных заведений. Рядом находится автобусная станция до аэропорта Суварнабхуми и магазин FoodMart. Чуть дальше - BigC, продуктовый и ночной рынки на Thep Prasit. Если стоит выбор куда пойти загорать и купаться, рекомендую пляж Dongtan - потише и почище. По средам лежаки не работали. Курение на самих пляжах запрещено, вдоль пляжа у дороги оборудованы места для курения. По соотношению цена/качество апартаменты понравились. Небольшую ложку дегтя добавил утренний шум от автобусов соседнего отеля, который не давал долго спать по утрам,что в принципе, и неплохо.
