She could not find our reservation upon arrival, even though I provided my confirmation number and extra guarantee insurance premium I paid for. They did have a room available so we took it and figured I’d fight to get my money back later, as it was late. She then charged my card an additional fee for the incidentals. Dogs were barking all night even though signs were posted “No Pets.” Kindergarten size toilets that made you feel like you were squatting on the floor. Walls were so thin that our headboard was bouncing due to the neighbors early morning activities. Walls were painted a dark mustard by what looked like a four year old has done it…. Bed was comfortable though!
