North River Ranch is a new community conveniently located to get you to several of the most beautiful beaches in Florida including Anna Maria Island in Bradenton, Florida. Our family loved our stay here! The villa was very clean and very comfortable, with everything you need for a long stay at your fingertips. The host was wonderful and answered every question I had within minutes. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the pools are top notch. We’d give more than 5 stars if we could and hope to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Parrish. We are in our 60’s and a couple of our kids and grandkids joined us. All of them liked this place!The villa was clean & located in a very quiet, walkable, newer subdivision. Sheri is the best host we’ve ever had and we’ve rented many times. She was very friendly, and responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question. She deserves 6 stars. We adored the lanai! We spent mornings there relaxing and watching the Florida birds. The kitchen had almost every appliance or utensil you would want, which we appreciated as we like to eat in. We had fun in the heated pool, on the water slides, & on the pickleball courts. We enjoyed fishing off the piers and so did our grandsons. Anna Maria Island is about a 45 minute drive, if you go early to beat bridge congestion. Otherwise, it can take a lot longer. We discovered Detweilers Market for delicious ice cream! Robinson’s Preseve is about thirty minutes away but worth visiting.Beaches, shopping & restaurants are all 30 minutes away, which may be the only downside to this rental. However, we think that was a small factor considering how amazing everything we were blessed to enjoy here. We hope to stay again sometime!

We had a wonderful week at this property. It was clean, easy to access, and easily accommodated our family. The well-stocked kitchen was especially appreciated, since we were visiting for Thanksgiving and cooked multiple dishes. There were plenty of pots and pans, mixing bowls, and casserole dishes. Sheri also was very responsive with an issue that came up with the smart lock and quickly fixed the problem.

Neighborhood harbor site

We stayed at this property while our nearby house was being repaired. The host was very accommodating, understanding and communicative. The property was extremely pleasant, well maintained and clean. Wonderful new villa in great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our week here and wish we had stayed longer! Lots of space in the living area due to the open floor plan. The master suite was also large, especially the bathroom, with a large walk-in shower and two separate full size vanities. The guest rooms are also nice, even though our kids did not join us on this trip. The lanai is screened in and is a nice spot to relax any time of day. Outside there are plenty of safe places to walk including walking trails and just through the neighborhood on sidewalks. Neighbors all seemed friendly, too. Pool area was available to guests and very nice. There is a second pool opening soon which has a sliding board and is in a recreational area with pickleball courts, an activity center and other amenities. The entire area is really growing with more residential and commercial development under way. Very close to shopping, too. And the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. Will definitely look here when we come back to Florida.
