Nice hotel conveniently located to must sees

Really appreciated the size of the room. Comfortable beds. We booked a room for 4 with one large bed and two singles. The space was generous. Felt clean. Quiet. Right across is a convenient Conad grocery chain store and a great little restaurant / cafe right next to Conad where they make awesome sandwiches, pastries and daily specials. Doesnt look like much from the outside but their food and coffee were awesome. Very conveniently located, wallking distance to the ducal park, museum, cathedral and historic area.

Needed to cancel the trip due to a family death and reached out to the hotel ~10 days prior to the reservation. The were unwilling to refund me or offer a credit for a future booking etc. They simply only wanted the money for the couple nights I'd booked. I hope this short sightedness comes back to bite them when others think twice about planning a stay here.

Comfortable and quiet

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet location. Our room faced the park and it was lovely hearing all the birds. Big room and comfortable king bed. Easy walk to the city via the park and very convenient supermarket across the street.

Good hotel, big room and bathroom.but what really annoyed me that they dont offer free 2 bottles of water as thousand of hotels does. If you have a kettle, in the room with coffee capsule, tea, cream, nescafe, etc.....you want me to take it from the mini bar for 2.5 euro?????? . Its disrespect for customer....take higher price of the room and put free bottle of water next to the kettle or remove them

The decor was plush a little old world that just added to the ambience of the stay. The staff very helpful and the restaurant serves excellent food. Easy walk from train station. Also a good gym I recommend a stay in Parma and if you do visit this hotel is a must

The accommodation looks great. Large rooms. Front counter people were very good. PARKING a shamble. There are some free spots out the front but they charge 16 euro to park underneath. This is not listed on their site. The wifi is non existent in the room. The water leaks out of the shower creating a pool on the floor. Breakfast, give it a miss.
