This was a huge birthday for me. The room was beautiful. We had a great view and a lovely patio. The fireplace was great. Unfortunately, we didn't figue out the shower has a sauna until the day before we left. The worst part was The Edge restaurant which was extremely over priced.

Everything was clean and parking was easy. With that being said, having to text them when you are an hour out is a little odd and unnecessary because you still have to check in at the front desk. Additionally, our room was soooo hot! We tried to cut the air down multiple times and the temperature never actually went down and the fan in the bedroom only ran on a slow setting. It was hot, making it hard to sleep or function in there.

The staff were very nice and would even stop what they were doing to walk you to the place you were looking for. We were there in the off season so it was very quiet. The Serenity Spa is a must if you are wanting to relax and be spoiled.

The Valet service was the best thing about this resort. Room was outdated, could use some new decor. The bed was very uncomfortable. I had to call the front desk twice and go to the front desk to get fresh towels and have the trash taken out and take away the dirty towels. Did not like there was not daily housekeeping services, especially when we checked in we had to pay an additional $136 for what was called “resort fees”.
