The unit overall is great, with a decent location related to the village. There were a couple of items that were not maintained which we found disappointing: The coffee pot had a break in it, forcing us to use a steel pot to brew our coffee; The master bathroom had a hole in the wall from the door handle; The community pool and hottub was very poorly maintained, dirty water and broken jets, and the hot tub temps were set too low (99/100 vs. 104)
