This had all we needed for a week of snowboarding at Park City. Bussing comes nearby making it very convenient to get to the mountain as well as other conveniences. Places to eat and drink are also in walking distance. The hot tub is also pretty massive in size, which was nice so that no one was cramped or uncomfortable.

Ok stay
The space was as listed and it’s a great location. However, the blankets for the sofa bed were not freshly cleaned (the sheets were) and the mattress pad had a stain on it. This didn’t make me confident about the cleanliness of the rest of the room, tho the bed in the loft seemed fine. There were also several outlets that didn’t work, so we unexpectedly woke up to uncharged devices.
Upside…Property was safe, clean and cute. Location was close to downtown Park City. There is a bus stop close by for an easy bus ride for skiers to all the area ski lifts.
Downside… The owners could up their game on a few basic amenities There was one tiny soap and 1 tiny shampoo. No coffee available but a few left over tea packets. While I know these things are minor….they do make an impression when you are paying good money.
And finally, The condo building is a bit dated, especially the hallways which are in need of new carpet.
But those are minor things for what was a really great weekend.
Great place, overly complicated to sign up for the place.
1) Place was in a great location, great access to bus system and Lobby people were very nice
2) I booked the place 5 days from my stay. They send a message saying that I needed to send my Driver license and it needed to match my CC and address. Well, I own a 2 places and my business address is different as well. After several pictures they asked me to take including one with my passport, I got cleared.
3) Then I was asked to fill out a criminal background.
4) Place was great, but this is a bit excessive for a not so expensive place.
Stayed here for our my yearly trip to PC. This was one of my friend’s first time in PC and the location was really convenient for all of our activities. There’s a bus stop conveniently located a few steps from the unit if you prefer not to drive or pay for parking dt and the hot tub was next to our building. The building was pretty quiet and the unit was really cute. We loved the loft area and little balcony area. Only thing is that there was only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay which was a little weird for the amount time we were staying and the amount of people we listed would be staying. Plans fell through so not everyone ended up staying at the unit but one roll would have absolutely not been enough. Not super clear who we needed to contact for additional supplies but after the 2nd time we asked the front desk we were told we needed to contact the host directly but at that point it was our last night and we had already gotten our own supplies. This was minor in the grand scheme of things but something we were a bit surprised by. Otherwise a great stay.
The unit is nicely remodeled. Very spacious and clean. The lodge is nicely located, only a short drive 5-10 mins anywhere. However, it is NOT walkable, in fact, I wouldn't say Park City is walkable at all unless you are staying next to Main St or PC Mountain. Also, the posting says there is a gym on site. While it is on site it is not part of the lodge. The gym is operated separately and the daily rate is ridiculous, $30/day. My list of Pros and Cons below:
Pros:
- Full size kitchen, stove, fridge
- The kitchen is fully stocked. They even have some spices and oil for cooking.
- Unit has a Keurig and coffee maker
- Heat works well. However, it was tricky getting the right temperature for bed time. Idk if it is typical of lofts, but it could get hot upstairs
- Bed is comfortable. It is a soft bed, but sturdy with good back support. Decent pillows too
- New HD TVs on living room and loft
- The hot tub is nice and spacious, few steps from building
- Key access only, safe
- Free shuttle picks you up right in front of front office
Cons:
- Not walkable
- No gym, posting is misleading
- Not enough room to store your clothes. Maybe a drawer would be nice
- Could not get cable to work
- No ice maker on freezer, weird
- We had to take out our own trash. What is the cleaning fee for then?
- Check out process could be easier. Instructions said we had to drop keys at front desk and check out. Why not just leave keys in a drop box?
