Room felt very clean. Stay in general was pretty good. However at 430am, there was some kind of continuous noise that stayed going til 630. Not sure if was some kind of renovating or another hotel guest. It did promt an earlier departure than planned.

Great area to walk and eat with lovely apartment style rooms. The deck hot tub view makes for a very relaxing stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Nuce resort, Very clean and great staff support Liked the AI textong I got to help me find a microwave as tbere was not one in our room as I thought there might be. Walkable lication to dinning, shopping and close to a walkway for biking, jogging or walking by mountains and wetlands.

I stayed here once before. The prior room was very nice. The room I just stayed in which was supposed to be the same type of room and the room was the same. But the second room was run down paint is peeling in the bathroom. The valance over the door was damaged. Almost all the wood is wore and the finish is wore off. Coffee maker didn't work. I still like this place but this particular room was in a run down and needs some upgrades made..

I felt like I was in a room with no windows...may as well have been. While bold a hotel with windows that look at a dark wall or at another bedroom..? Everything else was comfortable.:)

The standard queen room was really just a lock off to another rm. Because of this it was like staying in a small box with no natural light coming in. Very claustrophobic, not cozy. This should have been made clear on the site when I booked. I would have upgraded. Also the Keuruig coffee machine was broke and there was no microwave to heat water or reheat the coffee we bought at a nearby cafe. Lots of dishes on the shelves, but for what exactly?? Eating take out in that crowded tiny room? Yuk.

We have stayed here several times and will keep coming back. It just has everything: great view, great hot tub (that actually stays at 103-104 degrees), great pool, great kitchen living area, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurants and shopping within walking distances (just remember to bring your umbrella when they say its going to rain...). Great establishment!

This resort is amazing. This was our second time staying here and have not been disappointed. The rooms are clean and staff goes above and beyond. I had inquired on a product and it was personally delivered to my room. The resort is surrounded by dining and shopping. The indoor pool was great. I will look forward to our return here.
