Clean room, great staff, easy check in and out. Only wish they had available was quarters for laundry room. I don't always use laundry rooms, but we used the pool and needed to dry our clothes so it won't weigh our luggage heavy. Other than that, everything was good and smooth.

There needs to be a big clear visible sign for the hotel entrance. We ended up back on the freeway entrance. It took us miles before finding an exit to return to hotel at night. The heater was noisy interfering with sleep. The hair dryer didn't work. The staff were fine.

The guests in room next to ours was extremely loud and raucous. We had challenge reaching the front end staff. Finally had to go down to the front desk to get help. They talked to the room which did no good. Noise continued. We were finally able to switch rooms at around 2am. Have asked to talk with management but no action on that yet either.

The hotel was very quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, kind of typical, eggs, sausage, and waffles. Not many dining choices, even when I drove to town. I had a handicapped room, so a huge bathroom. The room was not small.
