Excellent location
3 colleagues attending a conference at Maison de la Mutualité. The flat was an easy walk to the meetings and in a beautiful location. We felt very much at home and loved exploring Le Marais.

Wonderful Spot.
We enjoyed this location. It was safe with great restaurants and bars close by. Metro was conveniently located as well. It was easy to handle a late check-in. The staff has communicated well when needed.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© informĂ©s la veille de notre sĂ©jour dâun changement dâhĂ©bergement. Ceci par un simple mail.
En arrivant devant lâimmeuble Ă 16h je nâavais toujours pas reçu les codes dâaccĂšs Ă lâappartement.
Une fois les codes obtenus, nous constatons que la clĂ© ne se trouve pas dans la boĂźte Ă clĂ©sâŠ
Nous attendons une heure devant lâimmeuble, avant de voir arriver un employĂ© avec la clĂ©.
Le mĂ©nage de lâappartement nâĂ©tait pas fait, nous avons dĂ» attendre 2 heures supplĂ©mentaires avant dâintĂ©grer les lieux.
PropretĂ© trĂšs moyenne, le frigidaire nâĂ©tait pas vidĂ© et sale, serviette usagĂ©e laissĂ©e dans une chambre.
Lâune des deux cabines douche nâest pas Ă©tanche.
Nous avons donc accĂ©der Ă lâappartement louĂ© avec 4 h de retard.
Je demande un geste commercial.
Je rĂ©serve depuis des annĂ©es par Abritel, câest la premiĂšre fois que je rencontre un tel problĂšme.
Dans lâattente dâune rĂ©ponse rapide.
