The staff was friendly. It's a bit far from the city center, but the metro station is right across the street. You can get to the center of Paris in 15 minutes. The place isn't bad.

The property itself is very good, but services & communication - very poor. Knowing we would be checking in very late for a one-night stay, so we messaged the property more than 24 hours before about it. Did not get any kind of acknowledgment. We arrived around 10pm. Front door was locked & front desk was dark. There weren’t any kind of communications/signs in English on how or who to contact for assistance other than the ‘Borne check-in’ sign. Lucky for us, the uber driver noticed we were ‘in trouble’, he helped us check-in. Even he had trouble with the Borne check-in process. He was able to get us the keycard for the room but the machine did not print out the confirmation with the room number. He had to call the property (contact infos was not in English) & that’s how we got the room number.

the only negative on the apartment was the poor design of the shower space. The shower curtain was too small and it was very hard to stop the bathroom floor from becoming very wet - and the raised coaming around the shower recess made it hard to use the squeegee (provided) to dry it off. Otherwise a very nice apartment.

J’y reviendrai

Le personnel à l’accueil etait exceptionnel, ils ont fait ce qu’ils pouvaient pour m’accommoder. Les appartements sont confortables seul bémol le tapis dans le couloir aurait besoin de shampooing et le fer à repasser se faisait rare. J’ai commandé le nettoyage de ma chambre pour le week-end et cela n’a pas été fait, un peu déçu, pour le personnel à l’accueil avait placé la commande en ma présence. A tout le personnel à l’accueil, MERCI d’avoir rendu mon séjour agréable malgré tout. J’y reviendrais san faute. L’hôtel est très bien situé et collé à la station Bagneux - train RER B dont le terminus est l’aéroport Paris Charles De Gaule. Les commerces et restaurants sont vraiment à proximité.

On first impressions, the hotel appears to be ideal and comfortable, however, I had a very bad experience with the staff. They are extremely unprofessional and at one point spent a morning gossiping about the guests. This was a very poor experience and the stay from then on felt unsafe. Even asking for a change of towels was received with a frown and we were told that we had to pay which seemed absurd give that we paid to stay over for 6 nights. I had to cut my stay short because of the extremely poor service and lack of professionalism and got no refund. The gentleman in glasses was extremely rude and had zero respect for customers or client care etiquette. The good news is that I will never stay at this hotel again despite its great location near a train station.

The bathroom need some update especially shower area. Good transport access to the city very close to metro. It's very noisy at night from street.

Excellent location right across the street from the metro station, with grocery store and boulangeries close by. Check-in kiosk not close to door and not well-marked. Shower door would not seal and soaked the bathroom floor and staff just gave us extra towels instead of fixing it.

Check-in staff on 29-06-2025 extremely friendly and helpful. On last night of our stay, however, key cards shut off before we returned for the evening and after front desk staff had left for the night. This required our family to stand outside the hotel at midnight while attempting to explain situation through emergency phone line, which would have nearly impossible for a non-French speaking guest.

Great check in experience. Room was ready earlier then expected which was nice after a long, early train ride in from Amsterdam. It's a aparhotel so bigger than a hotel room but limited on things like daily room cleaning and getting fresh towels. Great location to the bus and subway, approx 40 min from the city centre/main train line and 1 hour from the airport. Overall, very good stay for the price. If you want to be in the heart of the action, stay closer to the city centre.

The location was convenient, across the street from the RER Bagneux train station with a quick ride into Paris. The room was o.k., but the twin beds that easily moved apart stunk. The shower was so small while there was wasted space in the bathroom. The kitchen fair. The light didn't work until the last day. The staff was courteous & pleasant.
