Super cute room with a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower! The hotel itself is not in the best condition, but the location is fabulous. For example, what appeared to be wallpaper, was actually fabric. Some of the furniture is just on the older side. We booked a room on Hotels.com which stated "free minibar" however, there was no mini bar and so we got no free items! That is more of a marketing complaint on hotels.com though. The front desk staff was helpful. It was a pleasant experience!
This hotel was a disappointment. The pictures on the website showed a charming room that was in a decent location. It also stated that it had an elevator. When we got there, what was supposed to be an elevator was the size of a small closet that could barely fit one person. The elevator stopped at a small landing and you had to lug your suitcases up a flight of steps defeating the purpose of an elevator.
The stairs leading to the floors were dilapidated and dangerous to step on. An older person can easily fall.
Our room was large and looked like the pictures. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower which had mold on the tiles and ceiling. In addition, the bathtub was high and was not safe to come in and out if you took a shower. If you used the shower water got all around the floor.
The price paid was not worth it.
Unfortunately, I did not take pictures.

It was a quintessential French, quiet charming room… clean updated bathroom with a Mary Poppins practically perfect roof top & view of Sacré-Coeur !
Always felt welcomed coming and going by the lovely staff… very safe in an upbeat neighborhood walking distance to many special landmarks!
We were disappointed that the room we booked with a view wasnt available without any reason as to why. We ended up with a much lesser, standard room while still paying for the room we booked. We were offered a free breakfast in the afternoon upon checkin, but when checking out the only note they seemed to have was that they were to refund us €0.50.
What a nightmare! The staff was incredibly rude and dishonest. The room was filthy, and the shower had mold in it. I would never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Worst stay of our 2 week trip. Rude employees at the desk. Dishonest.
The hotel was conviently located next to the metro and a park with the famous I love you wall tile art piece in it. Montmartre is an excellent location with great cafes, the crepes and ice cream amazing at the Creperie Broceliande and a selection of awesome vintage shopping. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The room had a lovely big window, lovely light and Parisian Charm. It was clean and bed comfortable and we felt safe staying there. Merci.
A very friendly hotel, clean and comfortable, excellent location, great value for money.

Basic 3 star standard hotel
The hotel has three positives. 1. Steps away from metro station. 2. Reception staff lovely and 3. Comfortable beds.
The negatives are the cleanliness wasn't up to standard. Issue with hot water for shower and room facilities were very low such as tea/coffee, mini fridge, iron or phone if you need to ring reception.
This hotel is located in a great lively area. The staff were very helpful and nice. The little breakfast had the best croissants. The rooms were small but charming. I would def stay there again.

When my teenager and I arrived, the location still had not addressed my question via the Travelocity website after booking. Fine no problem we’ll just go with the flow as we always do. The lady at the front desk was super helpful with my minimal French language and beyond sweet to us. The room was to be expected and no complaints other than maybe air it out due to a slight smell of stagnant moisture in the air. Again, not an issue as the windows open and I’m fully capable and it really didn’t bother me afterwards. The quaint elevator for 3 fits 2 with luggage snugly and I found it hilarious and fun. Probably one of the things that made me smile the most coming back to our room bc I just found it fun and funny. It was uncomfortable leaving the hotel, bc they claim the keys demagnetize when you leave so they want you to leave them at the desk. I did once and when we came back in the afternoon I never did it again for our stay and the key worked fine. Where it got bad was the older gentleman who worked the night shift. He was rude and short tempered with minimal people skills unless you are French. Fine, I’ll keep smiling through it I’m not going to let his bad attitude ruin my stay that I busted my behind for. The morning of checkout, he asked if we were leaving and I confirmed. He asked for the key and I mistakenly left it in the room. He started snapping at me bc I didn’t leave the key with him when we went out the day before and tried to charge me 6€. I walked out.
The staff was very very nice but for the price I did not feel the room was worth it. Good location and subway just feet away. Walking distance to Montmartre.. but the hotel is old and needs some up keep...new bathrooms . But it was fine
