Room was fine: great bed, great shower, etc. And we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, trying to raise the temperature in the room was like trying to turn the Titanic. And it was -4 in the night! Also, beware: the “shuttle” is a nearby public bus stop—not useable in the cold!

We arrived at this hotel at around 11.45pm to find that they did not even have my booking in the system. I showed the confirmation for 2 rooms but they only had one. Whilst the staff were helpful, this was not acceptable to have booked and paid for a room and the hotel not to have a record of it. We were also advised to book a transfer at 5am to the airport as there were 6 of us despite advertising and airport transfer as being available. I finally got a room and it was one double bed instead of a twin room I booked so my 18 year old son and I had to share a bed and then I had to pay to get back to the airport at 5am as even though airport shuttle is advertised it is a small hopper that goes between several hotels and cannot be reserved so there is no guarantee of a seat.

Perfect end to a trip to France. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. I felt this room was nicer than my room at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris. Arthur, at the front desk helped us get to Orly and even arranged a late check out. Highly recommend.
