At the end of the day I don't know if we made the right decision to stay close to Orly for our 10:00 flight home. Going to the city by Uber is about 30€. To reach Paris you need to go back to the Airport or take a public bus about four blocks away. Hotel room was nice and clean. Restroom looked like cruise ship bathroom. Only for one night if you must. Staff was very nice during check-in. Only complain was the A/C did not seem to work hard enough after a very hot summer day walking in Paris. (Room 334)

I stay in this hotel for a couple of days First of all it's amazing that they don't have a/c !!! They can offer to you a small fan (if they have available)!!! The rooms is like an oven !!! In the middle of the summer the room is more warmer than outside !! The service on the bar and the restaurant is very very bad! Only on the front desk they are good!! It's very noisy and the rooms are very very small. Also the bathroom is for tiny people!!!! Not recommended at all!!!!

Hotel is ok, at the other side of Rungis market in the middle of nowhere, not for tourists anyway. Close to Orly airport. Rooms are ok, not too big. Restaurant looks better than it is. I took a ceasar salad but with lots of reformed chicken instead of real chicken. Staff at the bar prefer not to work. I expect better from a hotel like this

This hotel is located next to a motorway junction and other main roads so if you're looking for a hotel as holiday destination this would not be it. However, its walkable from the office park at Rungis so as a business stay over it is perfect. My room was ideal for my stay with good wifi connection. The bathroom is small but has all that you need where as the toilet is not for the claustrophobic. Also, if you want to get any fresh air and have a window open be aware that all you will hear is the roar of traffic. As I was only staying for the night I had dinner in their restaurant. I chose the entrecot which was very good although the service was a bit too quick in wanting to take my plate away. Breakfast was OK - nothing special - but had most of want you would expect such as croissants and cereals. Overall this hotel served its purpose for me. I would use it again because of its location to where I was working and would choose this hotel over the nearby Best Western

We arrived at the hotel late at night and were checked in very quickly. The staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was lovely however the biggest problem of the hotel was its location. The hotel is situated in Orly which is about 30-45 mins away from main Paris. If you're going to Paris for tourism purposes then don't stay here as it is not only far from main attractions of Paris but also the public transport are not available near the hotel or to the hotel (only taxis which will cost you minimum €35 and there's a bus which drops you five to ten mins away from the hotel so you have to walk all the way). The rooms are not very spacious, which is expected in a city like Paris however the rooms weren't as clean as they could've been when we checked in and there is a highway near the hotel due to which there are traffic noises in the room at night. My brother was given a separate pullout bed which was not very comfortable but the main bed was comfortable. This hotel is not fit for you if you're going to Paris for tourism purposes as it doesn't give you the Parisian feel but if you're crossing through Paris or are in town for other purposes it's a decent hotel. Also, the money that you'll be spending on the transportation to and from the hotel can be used to get a decent hotel in the city. All over a comfortable stay.

All was fine so far except the room is very tiny. Probably the smallest toilet room ever seen - just space for the toilet seat and your feet which have to move into the corner to get the door closed. Beds are good Novotel standard. Value for money good.

I had stayed in your hotel between 22nd to 24th May 2017 in room # 219, when I entered the room it was very suffocating since the room blower was not working as there was no tower fan either in our room. When I bring this to notice of your front office your night shift staff tells me very rudely to open the window and sleep and bangs the phone. When I opened the window I was greeted by mosquitoes and street noise throughout the night. Next day in the morning I complained this at the reception to a white guy (with ponytail) but there was no response and there was no eye contact from your staff as if they were ignoring us. In the evening on 23rd when I inquired about again at the reception with Mr. Gilbert (most disgusting person I've ever seen in hospitality industry) about our room air blower and fan. He was extremely uncooperative and rude. Again no eye contact at all don't know what he was doing in hospitality industry. He was rude to the woman also in fact he came running out of his area towards the woman and said he can also shout but offered no solution ( I got whole episode recorded on my mobile phone which will appear on social media soon) If he cant help he should have arrange for us to speak to his senior which time and again he refused. Finally I would like to say that it was very shameful for reputed French brand Novotel that you have hired these kind of people in the hospitality business. No service is bearable but No respect is not.

This hotel has spacious rooms, with very pleasing interior decor. The rooms are very well lit with energy effifient lighting. Bathroom fittings are environment friendly. The staff was curteous. We did not have chance to have food in their restaurant, but the location of the restaurant and the decor is quite pleasing.

Visited driving through Paris later in the evening. This hotel is extremely busy, we waited at front desk almost 30 minutes. Parking, lobby, restaurant, bar - everything is very full and noisy. Dinner with Heineken was not worth of it, visit McDonald´s across the street :). I was shocked by bathroom. It lookes like they took it from some Boing 747 toilet, completely plastic skeleton - I never saw such a bathroom, not comfortable at all. Room was big enough, nice sleeping. Typical French breakfast, almost everything was gone and non of the stuff did any replenishment, so we ate only potatoes and bread :) If we sleep in Paris next time, we will choose different hotel, this is just typical noisy business hotel near to Orly airport.

The Hotel is good place to stay , happy with the staff and the hotel is clean and efficient maintained however its very far from the Paris city center and Disney. Good place for restaurant , pool and gym
