One night in Beauvais

I found the staff at night to very pleasant and helpful, sadly can't remember hid name. Main entrance to the room was accessible from the outside without a lock or access card needed and I think that could be risky. The room had a old furniture smell to it, cooling was quite poor but can be forgiven given the weather. Check out was straight-forward. All in all, I'd score it a 65%.

Not matching the description on the Expedia website. On the website it says it’s 15 minutes drive from the hotel to Central of Paris, but it’s actually double the time. It also says 30 minutes by public transport, but in real time is more than a hour. Very poor.

À mon arrivée à l'hôtel, la réceptionniste, Mme Pérola, m'a accueilli avec beaucoup d'attention et m'a tout expliqué sur l'établissement. Bravo ! L'emplacement et la beauté des lieux sont appréciables. La chambre était propre, impeccable, calme, et le système de sécurité s'est révélé efficace. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas bon : Le premier jour, quand je suis arrivé pour prendre mon petit-déjeuner, il y avait deux tranches de pain grillé, deux pommes, le yaourt était dans un grand bol, tout comme le Nutella et les confitures, le bac de bacon était presque vide, à côté de lui deux bacs vides, le pain coupé, il n'y avait pas de fromage, etc. Le deuxième jour, c'était vraiment mauvais, il n'y avait pas de fruits. Je conseille d'acheter des yaourts en petits pots, que le client peut manipuler lui-même, du Nutella en petites barquettes, des confitures aussi, du pain en petites portions déjà achetées à la boulangerie ou au supermarché, et d'avoir des fruits. Mon conseil est d'investir dans un bon petit-déjeuner, même s'il est simple pour un hôtel comme le vôtre. N'oubliez pas que ceux qui achètent le petit-déjeuner proposé dans un hôtel veulent de la qualité, même si le prix est un peu plus élevé. Votre client est votre plus grand trésor, un avis positif a un grand retentissement et se traduira probablement par des bénéfices !
