Apart-hotel well outside of Paris (about a 30 minute subway ride to anywhere), but within two blocks to Metro stop and grocery store, bakery, and fruit stand on the same block. Rooms a bit worn and old, but comfortable and functional. No air conditioning, which was a bit sticky in a hot summer. Staff friendly and helpful and reception open at all hours. Wouldn't recommend to someone on a short tourist stay, as it's too far from tourist attractions, but for someone in Paris region for an extended period for work, as I was, it's a good deal--cheaper than other comparable options, and the kitchenette saved me a lot of money on meals.
stuff is friendly, but only check in after 3PM The hot water is storage type, so the previous person finished the shower and the next person needs to wait for half an hour before there is enough hot water.
this is one of the best hotels near to a metro station, close to a commercial center and a bakery, close to Paris center. the only inconvenience is the Wi-Fi ... very slow or some times none... you need to go to the lobby to get some signal.... other than that very good.
