From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for—the entire atmosphere was warm, peaceful, and relaxing, which was exactly what we were hoping for. A heartfelt thank you to Rafael, the manager, who made our farewell extra special by treating us to a beautiful breakfast on our last day. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel genuinely appreciated. I also want to sincerely thank Abigail and Jesus M. for their consistent kindness and attentiveness throughout our stay.
