This is an old property, but clean and well maintained. Our room was quite roomy, laundry and ice were super accessible. Beds were comfortable, water was hot. We had everything we needed and the price was great for just a nights nap before traveling Utah’s patchwork scenic highway to Cedar Breaks NM. We had dinner at the Desert Grill, it was delicious and super affordable with very attentive staff.

The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Check-in was across the street at another motel. The AC had a sign that it wasn't functioning but we didn't need it as the night was cool. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator. This was budget lodging in a small city, and adequate for 1 night.

Pros: Quiet, very helpful staff at check in. We chose not to have our room serviced during our stay. That meant more peace and quiet. Great restaurant (Desert Grill) and Family Dollar store within very easy walking distance. Cons: Very noisy A/C, hot water took a long time to arrive in the shower or basin. Other Comments: Check in is across the street and you only find out once you're trying to check in.

Grossest place i ever stayed. Mold on walls in bathroom, shower leaked inside the wall across the floor, curtains are see through so absolutely no privacy. Small Bugs crawling on walls, very dirty. Dont believe any good reviews as im sure they made all the good reviews themselves. If i could give this place a -10 i would. Such a gross place even to sleep for a night.
