The water was hot, the bed was hard. The place was dirty & the noise was horrible!!! But, it was cheap & it worked perfectly for one night

Room 200 does not have a desk to work at as advertised. I really needed one to finish up work on my laptop. I could have requested another room, but did not want another interaction with the gentleman at the front desk.

Overall the hotel is convenient and good price. However, the breakfast service is very disappointed. The staff treat customers as thief, I took a cup of coffee and was asked to drink empty before I leave.

Bryce Canyon Visit

I give this room 9/10. Very affordable. Clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast included. The only thing is the toilet in my room was desperately in need of an upgrade and there has to be a better way to keep the curtains closed. I would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 8 days while we hiked the nearby parks. It was very dirty upon entering the room. I tried to change hotels after the first night, but was unable to because I booked through Expedia. I attempted to go talk to someone at the front desk the next morning at 8an, but the lobby doors were locked. The mirrors were dirty, the toilet was dirty, with a dried puddle of urine at the base of the toilet. There were ants crawling on the bathroom floor every morning. 8 days we stayed and they serviced the room 1 time. My went to the front desk after 3 days to get clean towels and they told her she had to bring the dirty towels to them before we could get clean ones. They came into the room after 7 days and emptied the trash, but did nothing else. The bread they had out for breakfast toast was rock hard and the yogurt was out dated. I was very disappointed in the stay and the property.
