This place was one of our favorites so far. The place was clean and roomy for a 2 bed 1 bath. We really loved the sitting areas in front and back. The people during the entire process are always ni e and communicate very well and the people throught venture out are always nice. Will definitely look for this unit in the future!

Great Little House, Not Great Beds

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed staying here again will be our 3rd time. The issue this year is the mattresses must have been changed in each room. Tough to get any sleep.this would be a premiere location if not for the bedding. We will try another house if the same bedding is in place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was great! We thoroughly enjoyed where we stayed and do intend to return. I will say, the cleanliness was not to our expectations. Stains on the quilt, floors so dirty on day one that it required shoes to be worn inside 24/7. We also had two broken chairs on the front porch. One was a bolt issue that was broken upon our arrival. The other broke from wood rot while family was sitting in the chair. The rental company doesn’t require bringing sheets, but I would recommend unless you want to sleep in between 2 flat sheets (no fitted sheet).

Reviewer Comments: I have a little difficulty on the 1st day and think it would be great for there to be a little better instructions for the unexperienced to check. The grab bar in the shower is loose and was a safety concern for my parents, but overall the stay was great. The house is clean and venture out was a fun place to stay.
