The cleaning crew did not clean our room and we had to get the very nice receptionist involved. The cleaning lady barely spoke English and just kept saying no. It was just myself and husband.

amazing people! Have no complaints what so ever. Staff was extremely nice and my husband and i had a great weekend get away with the help of this hotel. For $67 a night in Panama, this was amazing to say the least. We WILL be back next time were down.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable. I did not know it was a pet friendly hotel, which I do not like. Also, both elevators were out and I was on the 5th floor, so that was not ideal ! It was a quiet and peaceful stay.
