The Tru staff was very courteous checking in and out of our stay. Our room was cleaned to our satisfaction. The temperature was easily controlled to our comfort level. We would prefer a more cushioned mattress than what was on the bed, and our preference is a carpeted floor for warmth when walking barefoot in the room.

Shower hot water took a long while to heat up. Would have liked to have a coffee / hot water maker in the room instead of going downstairs to get coffee. Coffee cups did not have lids.

Supposedly if you allow pets then make sure the place will be clean. An animal popped in the elevator and carried it through the hallway and parts of it were never cleaned up.

It was fine

The hotel is nice. Our room was very small, barely enough room for the king size bed, but it worked. The beds were nice. They only left one bath towel in the bathroom. They were out of orange juice at breakfast. When I asked if they had water, they told me that there is a water fountain in the gym! They have trash cans that have a divider inside for recycling but the hotel does not recycle! I asked two different people if the recycle there and was told no.

Excellent value for the stay. Check-in was easy and person at the front desk was super friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet. The only thing I would suggest is asking for additional towels when checking in if you need them. I only received 1 large towel and could have used two. Will definitely stay here again.

Cousin weekend.

Our one night stay was so relaxing. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we got in from our day, we enjoyed a few games of pool. We will definitely stay here again.
