Condo itself was ok but the construction & exterior painting project was way worse than described in the listing. We were greeted with the nonstop blaze of a power washer outside of condo unit for hours on end and dirty water everywhere. One of the two elevators was totally out of service and the other was also being used as the construction elevator which meant water & filth everywhere plus long wait times.

everything and more

great location. clean room. everything you need in the kitchen. ceiling fan felt amazing on top of the AC. coffee on the porch in the mornings is amazing. great communication from the condo host, Kim's Condos. location was awesome and having pineapple willys a 5 minute walk down the beach was awesome. delicious frozen daqueries and good food. driving anywhere in PCB is awful so location was prime. can't wait to come back!

Never again!

The condo was old and outdated. It definitely needs to be maintained far better than what it is. The sliding door to the balcony in the living room had a broken handle. The sliding door in the bedroom was so hard to open and close and the handle was loose on the door. The top drawer in the bathroom had a bunch of hair in it. We stayed for 4 nights and got 4 towels to last 2 people. We had to go buy detergent to wash the towels. The dryer was the loudest dryer. There were tiles that were coming loose in the kitchen area, you could feel them shift when you walked through. There was a dead bug in the towels and then another one crawling on the wall in the kitchen. Honestly the condo didn’t feel clean. The property itself is a whole other story. There is no office to voice concerns regarding issue there. The guest were loud and obnoxious at all hours with a complete disregard to people trying to just relax. There was a constant extremely loud radio blasting all day by other guest at the pool. People were smoking pot at all hours of the day on the balcony above us, the smell made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. The guest around our condo and with the chairs next to us on the beach smoked cigarettes which also made it impossible to enjoy. The gate to the beach was falling apart and the outdoor foot wash was broken and spewing water the entire time we were there. Literally the only thing going for this condo and property was the view. Would no recommend!

First trip to Panama City, FL

Condo was very nice and clean, very close to the beach. Condo complex was nice, pools were big, and the availability of a snack bar was great. Condo was close to many restaurants, a Walmart and gas stations.

This one bedroom condo was perfect for two of us. The furniture was comfy. The shower was updated and big. The kitchen was supplied with most things you would need. Loved the free beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

The balcony

I feel the cleanliness took away a more enjoyable stay. The money we pay for cleaning doesn’t add up. I believe vrbo is getting ripped off. Things were dusty and the baseboards were very dirty. The saving grace was the balcony looking over the beach, beautiful! Find someone else to clean

Great little vacation spot!

Perfect little place

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Beach access was short distance from room, several pools and overall super cute place to stay for the week. Comfy king size bed with gorgeous views of the Gulf! Plenty of room to get ready. Mirrored walls gave double the image of the beach. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We did most our breakfasts and dinners inside and there wasnt one thing i needed that wasnt available. Boogie boards were there for use. We left our rafts there for next family that stays. Beach was not overally crowded. Chairs were provided with this room which was a HUGE plus. All and all, would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to PCB.
