Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The additional guest bedroom and bonus bunk room share a hallway bathroom, offering convenience for multiple guests.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental: a Ring camera that monitors all external door activity.

Trash days for this unit are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please take the trash to the road the night before pickup and return the bin afterward. Trash cans must remain in the garage when it isn’t a collection day. The HOA fines $100 for bins left out — this fine will be passed on to renters if it occurs during their stay.

The pool alarm is a legally required safety device. Do not impede its function in any way. If the alarm is disabled or dismantled, a $25 fee will be charged to the guest upon departure to restore it.
