Perfect beach vaca spot

My family and I were so happy with our recent stay. The condo looked and smelled so clean. The views are unbeatable and the beach wasn’t crowded compared to precious stays at other condos in the past. It’s nice being “away” from everything but still close enough to app the great eating and shopping spots. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger parking garage. It is pretty narrow and intimidating to navigate, but on the plus side you get an assigned spot so you never have to worry about parking so having that guarantee made it truly worth it in comparison to having to fight for a spot anytime you leave and try to return

I wish I could give this condo 10 stars!!! If you want a beautiful place to spend your week this is it!! Quiet, beautiful beach, and the perfect location. This home was very comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for great memories. Very thankful we found this place and plan to visit again!!! Perfect

Fun with Friends

We had 2 couples sharing the condo. It was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Loved spending time on the balcony overlooking the quite white sand beach. Very accommodating with beach toys, towels, etc. Friendly guests too! Hot tub was great!

The property was nice and clean. I do recommend they put bath mats in the tub to avoid slippage. My husband slipped in the shower and hurt his back side. Other than that, it came fully equipped and clean. Enjoyed my time at the property. Will visit again!

Room with a view

The condo was decorated beautifully, the couch & loveseat were extremely comfortable and the bed slept better than my own. We were given all the comforts of home and the toys to enjoy everyday at the beach. And the view is stunning!

This condo was perfect home away from home. Had all the amenities you needed even toys for the beach. Condo was decorated as pictured. Beach was less crowded than other complexes and the beach chairs were yours each morning

Great getaway condo

This property is amazing and fits perfectly for a weekend getaway. The location is great if you want to avoid the pier traffic and have quiet nights. They have most things you need, including some beach chairs and boogie boards. It’s worth the price to have the great patio furniture, comfortable beds and decadent furnishings.

1406 Tropical Wind

Everything about this condo was 5 star including service from Greta’s Beach Rental. Especially Riley! He went beyond call of duty for us and much appreciated. Condo was nicely decorated and large balcony was very nice including furniture. Master bed was comfortable (we didn’t use spare). Nice to have assigned parking space. Elevators were fast (3 elevators). And no stairs to beach which made it nice using beach buggy. Will be back next year.

PERFECTION

My family arrived a day earlier than I did…My daughter texted me and said it was a 10 out of 10. She was right!! This condo was perfect beginning with the incredible ocean view. There was not anything we needed. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything needed. This place far exceeds the pictures. Very tastefully decorated. We will ne back.

What a great property! Beautiful inside & out! Property management was helpful, friendly and available - including the maintenance staff. It was beautifully decorated with great seating spaces throughout! The outdoor furniture was perfect to view the ocean unobstructed and comfortably!
