Perfect condo!

Owner, Jeff, was responsive and provided all necessary information for check in and amenities. The condo is the perfect location with pool and Gulf of Mexico views and convenient walking bridge to the convention center. Our family had the best time and would stay at this condo again. This condo was exactly as advertised. Room was very clean and comfortable. This was our first time staying at Edgewater Resort and it was a great experience. The view from this condo overlooks the pool with a great view of the gulf. Resort pool and onsite restaurant were both excellent. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect family beach vacation getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! The property owner was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure all our questions were answered quickly. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, and the resort had amazing amenities including three pools, four hot tubs, and even a restaurant by the pool. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, easily accommodating our family of four with room to spare for a larger group. We loved the thoughtful touches like stocked paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, cozy blankets for movie nights, and plenty of games to enjoy. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed — we would absolutely come back again!

Fantastic Stay - Great Condo & Location

We had a great stay and would recommend this VRBO to others. We had a total of 4 (us parents, and our 2 sons in high school and college). The room set-up (2 x queen beds & 1 king bed) was perfect for us, and the rest of the space met our needs to do some cooking, sunset viewing, game playing and movie watching. The owner was super responsive to our needs. We had a small glitch with wrist-bands and the owner addressed it in mere minutes. Location is fantastic - near to all sorts of fun activities (we did bowling, escape room and go-karts), great restaurants and of course the beach. We'd definitely come back and stay again!

Perfect!!! So much available in condo for you to use!! Location is perfect to pool and beach. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable!!! It’s the little things for me and the labels on light switches were IT. I hate going and figuring out what switch works what.

Spring break

We had a wonderful spring break vacation. The condo was wonderful and many things were provided that we did not expect. In the master closet, there were beach chairs and a beach umbrella, along with many sand toys for little kids. The views and beach are wonderful. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have as well. The only complaint was that the main pool is not heated. It was hard to leave as we all wanted to stay longer!!

Mental escape

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was how it was described. My only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom was too soft. Otherwise, everything was truly spectacular! The owner was so amazing and responsive about all of our questions. It was extremely clean, perfect location and peaceful which is what I was searching for. It provided me with comfort and beauty. This was truly a mental vacation and wonderful home away from home experience! I will return.

Top notch condo!

We come to PCB several times a year and this was the best all around experience with our 4 children. The condo is absolutely perfect! Jeff is so kind and responds very quickly to any communication. The property has everything you need and plenty for kids to do. We really enjoyed the nightly karaoke and music. If you go to Oceans, you must try the nachos! We hope to come here for many years!

Outstanding Condo and Owner

We stayed for a week with my family and parents and can not express enough the beautiful location, resort and the outstanding communication with Jeff. Jeff was extremely quick to reply when we had questions and was very clear with the checkin process. The condo’s view is spectacular overlooking the main pool and beach.
