Minimum Age: The Splash Resort requires the primary renter to be 25 years old. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years.
Policies: In addition to minimum age, the unit has strict policies including "no pets" and "no smoking".
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to 6 adults. Children under 3 years of age do not apply.
Check-in: Splash Resort requires a one-time $40 registration fee, payable directly to the resort upon arrival. This fee includes: One parking pass
Pool wristbands for guests ages 12 and older
Each additional vehicle is $40.

This room DOES NOT allow early check in even if the room is ready. Last time I'll rent from this host since plenty of other hosts allow it but the place was decent, master tub didn't have a drain stopper. There are some roaches around the property but I haven't seen them in the rooms. Food by the pool is really great.

Elevator situation is horrible really need more elevators. Kids loved the pools, walk to the beach was no far at all, all though could use a ramp, lifting wagons up and down stairs to go to the beach. The cafe has amazing dole whip, overall it was nice!

It was our first time staying at splash. Everyone was very nice. It was very clean. With the amount of people elevators were somewhat slow, but to be expected. Overall we would stay there again.
